Scope
These terms cover the ohmycity app and website. App Store downloads are licensed under Apple's Standard EULA linked below. These terms do not replace that license or limit consumer rights under applicable law. For questions, email albertaz1992@gmail.com.
Travel records and digital collectibles
ohmycity records places you want to go, pass through, visit or live in, alongside digital city badges and travel collections. Records are user-entered, not verified location evidence or official travel certification. Badges are digital app content, not physical goods, currency or tradable financial assets. Maps and place information are for memories and presentation, not safety-critical navigation or emergencies.
Free access and availability
Free users can record travel relationships and light main badges in available Starter cities, and explicitly choose two Starter cities for complete standard collectible access. The allowance is for cities, not two items. Removing records or claims does not return an already confirmed allowance. Sharing is free. Payment does not make Coming Soon cities, missing resources or unpublished content immediately available.
ohmycity Pro
Pro lifetime membership is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase with no renewal, not a subscription. It provides standard content access in available Starter and Pro cities, standard collectible claims, advanced insights and Pro themes with matching app icons, including future standard Pro content and feature updates. Future price changes for new purchases do not require existing purchasers to pay the difference or change their purchased Pro access. Buying Pro does not create travel records or claim collectibles for you. Future separately identified Signature or Shop art packs are not included; their content and prices will be stated separately.
Price, restoration and refunds
The App Store purchase confirmation determines the actual price and currency. Interface language does not set your store region, and local development prices are not launch prices. Restore purchases with the Apple Account used to buy Pro; JSON backups do not restore it. Cancelled purchases do not unlock access. Refunds or revoked transactions may remove the corresponding entitlement. Request refunds through Apple's Report a Problem service; eligibility follows the applicable rules and Apple's process, with no unconditional refund promise.
Your records and backups
There is currently no developer-operated account or cloud sync. Export and keep a backup before uninstalling, changing devices or other important changes. Imports are previewed and merged, not full database replacements. Conflicting IDs retain local data; deletion markers help prevent old records from reappearing. Do not publish a backup as if it were a share image. Your writing remains yours; using the app does not authorize the developer to publish it.
Sharing and artwork rights
You may use the app's export and share features to show your travel cards. This does not transfer ownership of app code, badge artwork or designs. Do not extract and resell original assets, impersonate the developer or infringe others' rights. Open-source components, icons, flags and data keep their respective licenses; see app acknowledgements and bundled notices.
Fair use and external services
Do not disrupt the website, bypass purchase verification or submit someone else's private information. Apple maps, StoreKit, email and hosting are provided by their respective operators and may depend on connectivity, region and service availability. Features and content are those in the current released version; plans and previews are not delivered features.
Support, changes and your rights

Important service or terms changes will be reflected here and notified appropriately when needed. These terms do not exclude liabilities imposed by law or non-waivable consumer rights. You can stop using the app at any time; save needed records before uninstalling.
